Less is More, Makes More

My Philosophy

Most businesses operate on the assumption that more is better. More features, more products, more complexity, more processes. I’ve found the opposite to be true.

If something isn’t adding value, we remove it. We focus our energy on what actually moves the business forward, and we build systems that work without unnecessary complexity. The simpler the process, the stronger the result.

This isn’t about cutting corners. It’s about being disciplined enough to say no to things that don’t matter so you can say yes to the things that do.

How I Apply It

If you blink on a racetrack for one second, eight cars will pass you. The same thing happens in business. If you don’t keep up with design, new trends, new technology, you get left behind. But keeping up doesn’t mean doing more, it means doing the right things faster. Here’s how I apply the less is more, makes more philosophy:

In Manufacturing

We took our factory floor and asked: what here is actually necessary? We removed steps that added time but not value. We applied principles from racing, precision, timing, eliminating waste, and made the operation 70% more efficient. Not by adding technology for the sake of it, but by removing everything that slowed us down.

In Team Building

Clear systems. High standards. That’s it. We don’t overcomplicate how we work. People know what’s expected, they have the tools to do it well, and we treat them with respect. The result is a team of 600 people who care about execution because the environment makes it possible for them to do their best work.

In Product Innovation

We make things people actually need, and we make them well enough that they don’t have to replace them. We don’t chase trends or make products just to fill a catalog. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to innovation. And that innovation doesn’t happen if you’re weighed down by outdated thinking or unnecessary complexity.

Why It Works

Complexity creates friction. Friction slows you down. When you remove what doesn’t matter, what’s left moves faster and works better.

This applies to products, processes, and people. The businesses that win aren’t the ones doing the most, they’re the ones doing the most important things exceptionally well.

I’ve built a multi-million dollar operation across multiple countries by staying focused on what actually works and cutting out everything else. It’s not flashy, but it’s effective. That’s what we’ve proven at Sanchia. And it’s what I bring to every business challenge I work on.
